Current Research: I study the antecedents, consequences, moderators and mediators for perceptions of organizational justice (i.e., fairness in the workplace), organizational politics, and related constructs. My research includes both laboratory experiments and field studies (both qualitative and quantitative). Constructs under study include fairness or justice perceptions, commitment, citizenship behaviors, perceived support, emotions, sources of perceptions, psychological contracts, LMX, stress and depression, personality and organizational politics, to name a few. I include social psychological principles (e.g., social exchange, social identification, attribution theory) in my work, as well as theories from communications.
