Login Problems

• I get an error that says "You have entered an incorrect eName and ePassword".

You eName and ePassword are verified at the University level. If this error occurs, please try again. If it keeps occurring, please see the web pages for help with your eID at eid.colostate.edu

If you are typing your login name with any capitol letters, try typing it with all lower case letters.

• I get an error saying my account information is not there.

Try logging in again to be sure you typed everything right.  If you still get an error, send an email to demarad@lamar.colostate.edu.  Be sure to include your name, student ID, and section number when sending your email.

• I get other error messages.

If you continue to have problems, send an email to demarad@lamar.colostate.edu.  Be sure to include a short description of the error, your name, student ID, and section number when sending your email.

• After entering my login, I am continually returned to the login page.

This error occurs when you exit the program incorrectly, or use the back button when using the program. Either close your browser completely, and then return to the login page, or click here.
